Shipping and Returns Policies
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at [email protected]
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours of placing your order. If you are within the USA, it will arrive within 5 – 7 days from the time the order leaves the warehouse. If you’re in Australia, it will arrive 7 – 14 days from shipment date. Australia orders are shipped via AUS Post. Any inquiries about your shipment can be made at 1300 763 654.
Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
