Social/Brand Video Producer & Implementor

The Opportunity:

We’re looking for someone with vision.

Someone who lives and breathes creative content creation, understands how brands are built, and wants to make their mark by taking ownership of the growth of a high-impact personal brand from the inside out.

You’ll be working directly with Ari Galper, the world’s #1 authority on trust-based selling and founder of Unlock The Sales Game® and AriAI.

Ari has a unique brand and global following in the trust-based sales and business growth consulting world, but outside of that circle, he’s still one of the world’s best-kept secrets.

Your mission is simple: Get Ari’s personal brand out to the world!

Capture the essence of who he is, shape his voice across platforms, and help craft a bold, authentic presence that reaches far beyond his current space.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing:

  • Following Ari (literally), filming him in daily life, behind the scenes, at events, or simply sharing real moments
  • Producing, editing, and publishing both short-form and long-form video content
  • Shaping and managing his presence across all platforms, including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X, and Threads (we already have LinkedIn covered)
  • Creating and executing a social media strategy that reflects Ari’s message and personality
  • Developing campaigns, storytelling themes, and creative content series
  • Acting as both a content creator and a brand guardian

Who We’re Looking For:

  • A natural storyteller and creative thinker
  • Someone who understands how personal founder brands work and has big ideas for how they should work
  • Confident with storyboarding/production, use of camera, editing software, lighting setups, and social media publishing tools and algorithms
  • Self-driven and proactive, you don’t wait for direction -- you bring the ideas
  • Deeply engaged in digital culture, trends, and attention
