Mark Wade has more than 40 years of experience advising entrepreneurs and their families. He is passionate about addressing the whole picture of his clients’ financial lives, both business and personal, and helping them streamline their financial, tax, and legal affairs.
Mark graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a BA in economics. In addition, he completed the IMCA Investment Management Analyst Program at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and earned his certificate in Personal Financial Planning from the Metropolitan State College of Denver. He has gone on to earn numerous professional designations, including Master Registered Financial Consultant (MRFC), Certified Asset Protection Planner (CAPP), Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), Accredited Investment Management Consultant (AIMC), Certified Senior Advisor (CSA), Certified Income Planner (CIP) and Advanced IRA Rollover & Distribution Expert.

He is active within the financial community, having served in several capacities for the following organizations: International Association for Financial Planning, National Society of Public Accountants, Wealth Preservation Institute, Institute of Investment Management Consultants, Investment Management Consultants Association, Society for Financial Awareness, National Society of Financial Educators, and most recently as Founder and President of the Exit Planning Exchange, Nashville, TN Chapter.
Outside the office, Mark is an avid sportsman. In 1992, he set two world records to win the main event at the Grand American World Trapshooting Championships.
